Information
Our program features 112 hours of study using a format of 5 live
weekend sessions and an online learning component. The Palmer program offers convenience with a rich
and diverse track of learning. Hands-on, fast paced weekends are combined with
cutting-edge online study that can be accomplished at your own
pace. You will save on travel expenses, spend less time away from home
and family and still receive the same great programming that leads
to your eligibility to take the ACBSPTM exam to earn
the CCSP® certificate.
Speakers include: Dr. William Moreau (course coordinator) and
sports teaching team!
CCSPâ and DACBSPâ

ONLINE SESSIONS:
Dr. Moreau presents the online programming that includes many topics. Some
of the subjects covered online include upper and lower extremity functional
evaluations and conditions, radiology, team doctor concepts, concussion, exercise physiology and strength
training, special considerations in the diabetic athlete, the female triad,
medical legal aspects, key position papers, nutrition, supplemental emergency procedures
information, case study guidelines and so much more. The online work also
features a bonus unit to help you prepare specifically for the CCSP®
exam given by the ACBSPTM.

Cost:
$2295 per year, plus $50 lab fees. Payment plans available.
Seminar Hours:
Saturday: 8 a.m. - noon; 1 - 5 p.m. (Lunch is on your own.)
Sunday: 8 a.m. - noon
CPR:
Don't forget your CPR certification. It is required to sit for the ACBSPTM
exam. CPR certification can be earned through your local American Red Cross or
most community colleges.
CE:
Credits have been applied for in many states. For specific information,
please check with Palmer Continuing Education or your state board prior to registering.
